A traditional dark amber 5.2% ABV Scottish Ale. Brewed using locally sourced water, Scottish, sown, grown and malted barley, roast barley, light crystal malt and wheat malt. The moderate bitterness comes from a mixture of Target, Goldings hops. It has a malty/sweet aroma and a slightly drying finish derived from the roast barley.
